What information do I need for a quote?
Send your logo or reference, estimated quantity, preferred size or material, delivery date and any known lanyard requirements.
Can you create artwork from my logo or idea?
Yes. We provide free professional artwork and normally send the first visual within 24 hours.
Can you reproduce an existing sample?
Yes. Send clear photos, dimensions and the physical sample when available so we can assess the construction accurately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders can start from one piece. The most economical quantity depends on the material, tooling and packaging.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A physical pre-production sample can be arranged when your project requires material or functional confirmation.
How long does production take?
Stock products can be prepared in about 3 working days. Products requiring custom tooling normally take about 10 working days after artwork approval.
Can you provide custom packaging?
Yes. Standard individual packing and branded retail or presentation packaging can be quoted with the product.
