A polished design file is not required. We can start with a rough draft, a physical reference or an idea you have not drawn yet.

Send Us Your Starting Point
Send any starting point that helps explain what you want. You can attach it to our contact form or email it to our team.
- Design files: AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG artwork
- Sketches and references: a hand-drawn sketch, photo, screenshot, logo or example medal
- AI-generated drafts: an image created with an AI design tool is welcome as a first concept
- A product sample: send or share photos of an existing item if you want a close 1:1 reproduction
- Just an idea: tell us the shape, wording, colors, size and meaning you have in mind; we can help develop the brief
For physical samples, contact us first so we can discuss shipping, evaluation and reproduction details. Exact reproduction depends on the sample and production requirements.
Step 2 · Free Design Service
We Prepare a Professional Design Drawing
Our team reviews your references and develops them into artwork suited to the product and manufacturing process. We consider details such as:
- Medal shape, dimensions and thickness
- Logo and text placement, legibility and scale
- Enamel colors, metal finishes and relief details
- How key features can be made clearly and consistently
We share the design for your review and make adjustments based on your feedback. Artwork is typically provided within 24 hours after we receive the information needed to prepare it.
Step 3 · Confirm and Produce
Approve the Details Before Production Starts
We work with you to confirm the artwork and the important order details, including size, colors, finish, quantity and other product specifications. Once both sides have confirmed the design and production details, we move forward with manufacturing your medals.

Is the design service free?
Yes. Glory Medals provides free artwork support for custom product inquiries.
How soon will I receive the artwork?
The team aims to prepare artwork within 24 hours after receiving the project brief. If essential details are missing, we may contact you first to clarify them.
What if I only have an idea or a reference photo?
That is enough to begin. Send the reference with a short description of the product and the details you want to include.
Can I request changes after I review it?
Yes. Send your feedback and the team will clarify the design direction with you before production details are finalized.
Does requesting artwork commit me to an order?
No. You can review the artwork and quote information before deciding how to proceed.
