Yes. Send a logo, sketch, reference image or idea. We normally provide the first professional visual within 24 hours for approval before production.

AI, PDF, EPS and SVG are preferred for vector artwork. PNG and JPG references are also accepted. The website form supports files up to 20 MB.

The MOQ is 1 piece. You can order a sample, a short run or a full event quantity according to the project.

Medals are the main focus of Glory Medals. We also supply custom pins, coins, keychains, dog tags and other promotional products with free artwork support.

Cost depends on quantity, size, thickness, material, relief, plating, colors, ribbon, packaging and delivery requirements. Send these details for an accurate quotation.

Multiple payment methods are supported. The sales team will confirm the most suitable current option according to the order value, destination and transaction requirements.

Yes. Free shipping is included in the confirmed quotation. Long-term courier relationships help us control freight cost and delivery schedules.

Yes. A physical sample can be arranged when the project requires confirmation of material, relief, finish, color or function.

Yes. The physical sample charge is credited toward the related bulk order when the project proceeds.

No. The mold fee is paid once and the approved mold is stored permanently at the Glory Medals factory for future repeat orders.

Stock products can be prepared in 3 working days. Custom-tooled medals take 10 working days from order placement to factory handoff.

Common options include DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight and sea freight. The route is selected according to quantity, destination, deadline and project cost.

DDP shipping is available for eligible destinations. Our team will confirm availability with your quotation.

Changes are allowed before production. Changes during production may require additional cost. After production is complete, revised products are treated as a new order.

Production is checked against approved artwork and specifications at key stages, including mold detail, finish, color, assembly, quantity and packing.

Check the order when it arrives and contact us within 3 days. Confirmed missing medals are resent free of charge.

Send clear photos or video within 7 days. We will reprocess defective medals at no cost or offer a partial refund according to the issue.

Contact us immediately with photos. If the error is ours, we will fully remake the order at no charge, including shipping. Claims must be submitted within 7 days and no return is required.
