Tooling, Samples and Repeat Orders

A new design needs its own mold, and the mold fee is paid once. The approved mold is stored permanently at the Glory Medals factory, so repeat orders of the same design do not pay it again. A physical sample can be arranged when a project needs material, relief, finish or color confirmed in hand before bulk production, and the sample charge is credited toward the related bulk order.
